In this final pose, we’ll rest and we’ll really
turn inward. First, place your hands like so. So, the thumbs are touching. The pointer
fingers are touching. It’s almost like you make a diamond and then the fingers spread
wide. Then, take your arms over your head. If that’s uncomfortable in any way you can
rest the arms on a blanket or a block or, the hands rather. With the arms overhead,
then go to your feet. Walk them a little bit more away from the pelvis. Take the soles
of the feet together and let the knees go out to the sides back to Supta Baddha Konasana.
In Omega Pose we’ll breathe, close our eyes and turn inward to rest in the peace and the
ease inside of our own hearts.
Breathing evenly in through your nose and out through your nose. And, you can hold this pose as long as you like.
We’ll come out now by bending the knees and releasing the arms coming back to center.
