CrossFit Games Open Workout 19.2 is a repeat of Open Workout 16.2. This workout includes toes-to-bar, double-unders, and squat cleans. The squat cleans will descend in reps but increase in weight after every round. This time the workout begins with an eight-minute time cap. If you complete 25 toes-to-bar, 50 double-unders, 15 squat cleans, and then 25 toes-to-bar, 50 double-unders, and 13 squat cleans, your time cap will be extended by four minutes. Each time a round is completed after this, your time cap will be extended another four minutes. This pattern continues, adding four minutes each time a round is completed until the workout is finished or the athlete fails to complete the work within the time cap. Your score is the total number of repetitions completed within the time cap or the total time taken to complete the entire workout.
