Hi, my name is Ashley Ludman from Seaside
Yoga. And I’m here to talk about the Manduka Yoga Mat, reviewing that. So I’ve been a yoga
practitioner for about ten years and have used almost every type of yoga mat there is
too use. And this is my new favorite mat. This has a lot of density. A lot of traction
to it. But not too much traction to where you are stuck if you are trying to move from
one pose to the next. In for example a Vinyassa practice. It is pretty durable, and I have
a feeling that I won’t be replacing this mat too soon. It ways about seven pounds. So if
you are looking to travel with this mat, that might be a challenge. Or you might just have
to strap it up really well. And insure that its in a safe place within your belongings.
But in essence the Manduka mat I’ve found to be great with traction, good density, good
quality and for a pretty regular practitioner its a high quality mat and a good one to choose.
So that’s the Manduka mat, and I hope you like it as much as I do.
