against the chair. Now, let’s test our balance. Take your arms up. As you’re taking your
arms up, Now, start that backbend lifting up through the toes. Really let this pose
blossom. Feel down into your feet. Continue to feel your feet as you bring the torso back
to neutral. Bring the hands back to the chair, step the right foot forward, left leg back,
chin making contact, arms going up. Bring your hands back down, step forward, and go
back to your mountain pose.
